This quest is a continuation to the Ghoulbane quest (although you can take a short cut explained later), but it also gives the Crested Mistmoore shield as a reward. It starts by looting a glyphed flesh off of a zombie in Loping Plains and you must be level 66 or higher to start the quest.

1. Talk to Tavish Dracinov in the church in the Village of Somborn in Loping Plains ( /way -400, 10, -50 ) then talk with Amares D'Venhz also in the church .

2. Head to Mistmoore Catacombs to gather:

20 chunks of raw meat from the rictus gnawers.
20 congealed blood drops from a borebeak gorger/sipper/stabbe.

3. Return to Amares D'Venhz. He sends you to talk to Havras "Hack" Scutter also in the Village ( /way -310, 11, -50 ).

4. He will launch one of two quests. Ghoulbane Empowered is if you have finished the Ghoulbane quest. If you have not he will send you to Gogas Afadin in Nektulos Forest by the tunnel to Darklight Wood (it's pretty much the same quest as Ghoulbane Empowered except you need 'Enchanted Azurite Capillary' instead of an Enchanted Adamantine Ore and you have to pay 20gp):

a) Go to Toranim Skyblade at the priest saucer in North Qeynos. ( /way 535, -35, -175 )

b) He needs:

- 1 Enchanted Adamantine Ore from a transmuter (broker)
- 6 Phosphorescent Pearls from deep spawn consorts on the beach in Loping Plains.
- Kill Kassar the Uncontrollable (lvl 68^^^) in the Mistmoore Catacombs (Up the ascent. take a left. through the broken wall. rattle the bone fetish on the wall).

c) Return to Toranim Skyblade in North Qeynos.

5. Kill Mordiggian (lvl 68^^^) in the Breathless Hollow area of Loping Plains. Examine a plate on a rock ( /way -380, -15, 140 ) near the Freethinker Hideout to spawn. He will have 3 waves of 'a Mordiggian goul' (lvl 67^).

6. Return to Amares D'Venhz in the chapel to claim 77400 status and your rewards:
