Attributes Explained
  Strength:
    1 STR = 2.5-2.6 power
    1 STR = 1 Stone of Carrying capacity.
    10 STR = 1.25-1.4% increase in Combat Damage
  Agility:
    10 AGI = 0.5% additional total avoidance
  Stamina:
   
1 STA = 4.75 healthpoints
  Inteligence: Magical Damage
    10 INT = 1.25-1.4% increase in Spell Damage
  Wisdom:
    1 WIS = 1.7-1.8 power
    10 WIS = 3% increase in each resistance value
  Defense:
    10 Defense = 3% additional total avoidance

  Offense
    
10 STR = 1.25-1.4% increase in CA damage
     10 INT = 1.25-1.4% increase in spell damage

  Defense
    
MAXIMUM Mitigation or Resistance = Level *150
     EFFECTIVE Mitigation = (Items Mitigation ) * (Items Level) / (Level)
     Level 50 = 7,500
     Level 60 = 9,000
     Level 70 = 10,500 (4,000 before diminishing returns)
     Level 80 = 12,000 (4,560 before diminishing returns)

  Avoidance and Resistance Modifiers
   
10 AGI = 0.5% additional total avoidance
    10 Defense = 3% additional total avoidance
