Use 'find' to locate the Soulbinder, which in this picture
is in the distance on the right.
1. Head to the Abysmal Sea and talk to Lovine Lemise (-200, 200) near the Soulbinder. Hail her and say 'What assistance?', 'What was wrong?', 'What ingredients?' to receive 'Lovine's Potion Bag'.
2. She requires the following:
Potameid Seaweed Strands
Drop from An Entangled Potameid in Natimbi (-2200, 1300 is a good spot).
Mine dropped after seven killsMastruq Havocblade Blood
Drop from Mastruq Havocblades in Qinimi temple area. To get to a safe camp follow the left wall from the zone in and camp in the small area over the water.
Fleshfeaster's are easy kills. Getting to them can be Riwwi dangerous. The arrow above shows one of the 'safe' camps.Noc Fleshfeaster Tail
Drop from Noc Fleshfeasters in Riwwi near the Coliseum area. Very low drop rate. Mine dropped after about 25 kills.
Ra'tuk Screambringer's Jaw
Drop from Ra'tuk Screambringers in Barindu at the Qinimi or Riwwi zonelines. Very low drop rate. Mine dropped after about 35 kills.
3. Combine these items in 'Lovine's Potion Bag' and return it to Lovine. She will tell you to make a 'Breathless Mist'.

Empty Vial - Plane of Knowledge - Kanio Paerk (0, 1350)

two Sage Leaf - Plane of Knowledge - Severg ODanos (-0, 1350)
Woundwart - Gukta - Zok Kuluree (0, -100) follow the right wall all the way until you see him
I guess with no one going to Kedge Keep this spell had to be put to use somewhere
4. Reiya the Pained is right next to Lovine. Give him the 'Potion of Breathless Mist' to receive Reiya's Soulstone.
I spent a while looking for Reiya only to realise he
was right next to Lovine Lemise.
5. Zone into Ferubi with Reiya's Soulstone and it triggers 'The Shade of Reiya the Pained' to spawn. She hits for 500ish, flurries, is unslowable and drops 'A Soulstone Shard'
6. The next step requires a lot of work. Head to Gates of Discord and get all 4 sewer trial flags so that you are flagged for Vxed. Head to Barindu with a raid force (of 24 max), go invisible and see Apprentice Udranda (250, -750). Target her, drop invisibility, say 'Vxed' and then re-invis. YOU must be the one to request the instance and YOU must have Reiya's Soulstone and the first soulstone shard on you. You will get the expedition, and your compass will point the way to the entrance.
7. Once inside Vxed - The Crumbling Caverns special raid instance. It is the same map as the normal one but the mobs are harder (level 70-72). Straight up the center path at the top is Vuranish Xxuro, a giant Aneuk, level 75, who casts PoTime's Terris Thule's AE, Quivering Nightmares. Highly MR, shaman slowable, hits around 2k. Drops 'A Soulstone Shard'.
8. Combine the two shards in Reiya's Soulstone. Receive 'Reiya's Soulstone'.
