Marrs Ring Quest
1. Head to North Freeport and find a Froglok Paladin named Gubbly Gippledo. He is either standing by the zone line to West Freeport (loc -275, 450) or Downstairs in the Temple of Marr (loc 90, 400).

2. Hail Gubbly Gippledo say 'What trouble?' , 'What story' , 'What went terribly wrong?' , 'I will help you'.
Kill everything undead until you get three gems
3. Head to Oasis or South Ro and kill undead until you get three Truthbringer Gems (NO DROP) which seems to be an uncommon drop. I got mine from a Ghoul in Oasis, A Shriveled Mummy in South Ro and a Drybone Skeleton. Three can be obtained in an hour or so. (Also if you hunt in Oasis keep an eye out for Arthikus whom you will need to kill for a later part.)

4. Head to the buried tower in South Ro. An undead mob will spawn to slightly to the West every 10 or so minutes and sometimes you can find a Necromancer (Level 20-24) by the name of Moldrak Drin (walks between -500, 300 and -350, -180.) Kill Moldrak until he drops an Unadorned Ring of Marr.

5. Head back to Gubbly Gipple and give the Unadorned Ring of Marr and the three Truthbringer Gems to Gubbly.

6. Receive Marr's Ring and a 'Note to Bibsy':
