Baltron Werters is training with other soldiers
1. Baltron Werters starts the quest in Plane of Valor. Head North to the castle. Take the steps up and head over the bridge. He will tell give you some solvent to deliver to Gilfal in South Ro.
Gilfal is on the Southern wall of the zone
2. Find Gilfal (-2880, -110) and say "I am willing to help you rebuild Couragebringer" and hand him the solvent. Gilfal with hand you the solvent back and Gilfal's Scabbard (a container so make sure you have room). He tells you to gather the four pieces of the sword and place them plus solvent in the Scabbard.
The Four Pieces
3. The first piece is in the Plane of Storms and drops
from Neffiken, Lord of Kelek`Vor. He is tough and requires
a couple of 65ish groups to vanquish. A Broken Sword Piece will drop.
4. The second piece is in the Plane of Hate and drops from Maestro of Rancor in Plane of Hate. A Broken Sword Piece will drop.
5. The third piece is in the Plane of Torment is dropped by Kaniz Painbringer (-1075, 900). A Broken Sword Piece will drop.
6. The forth piece is quested and it starts in Everfrost. Locate Rombus and hail him. He asks for four runes one located in Plane of Tranquility, one in Mistmoore Castle, one in Scarlet Desert, and the last in the Gulf of Gunthak.
The Rune in Plane of Tranquility
Rune of Wilan (-850, -950) is located in Gunthak under some wreakage.
Rune of Xor (-566, 222) is located in the Plane of Tranquility. To the right of the bridge as you head North to the Plane of Storms.
Rune of Yirno (12, 411) is located in Mistmoore Castle in the graveyard.
Rune of Zota (625, -1000) is located in The Scarlet Desert at the Revenant camp in the building.
7. Return to Rombus in Everfrost and hand him the 4 runes to receive the last Broken Sword Piece.
8. Combine the 4 Broken Sword Pieces and the Solvent in Gilfal's Scabbard to create a Fractured Couragebringer
9. Hand in the Fractured Couragebringer to Baltron Werters in the Plane of Valor.
10. After a few seconds the Avatar of Rathalzor will hand you Couragebringer which has no stats:
