Runed Earring of Veracity

This Quest is a continuation of the Earring of Veracity quest. This the third part to this series of quests and is started by Tilbok Furrunner in Katta Castellum off of Tenebrous Mountains (port in to Grimling Forest head North to Tenebrous Mountains and then West to Katta Castellum).

They all stare at the bookshelves, but never read

1. Tilbok Furrunner (-150, -2000, 75) is located in the building on the left as you approach the grave yard. Hail him and hand in your 'Replacement Report'.

2. Say 'What purpose?'.

3. Head all the way back to Sanctus Seru and you need to find the usurpers and loot 'Consillium Report' (uncommon and rare drops) from each. Each of the following mobs require a level 60+ tank, a slower and a healer (especially the Paladin Mob - its for a good cause). You will find them on the 3rd floor of each of the Pyramid buildings in the South of the zone. If you click the glass portal (behind the mobs in the pictures below) you will port up to another floor that will contain many more of the same.

Getting Up There
    The easiest way to get to the raid upstairs is to have a Mage run up invisible to the "safe room" (big room right as you get to the top landing) and CoH the raid up. Since they added the cool raiding ability to switch players in and out of groups it becomes even easier to pull people in and out of groups for CoH. Beware however that on the bottom floor of the North East pyramid a guard sees through invisibility and should be killed or trained to zone while the Mage sneaks by. Also be aware that most of the pyramids have a level 66 mob that will join the fight if you pull the mob guarding the flag portal. Pull the flag guard and mez it while you wait for the yellow tougher mob to join in.

Level 65 Enchanter or Paladin Mob in SouthEast Pyramid.
Drops report (Identifies as Heart) 1 in 30 times.

Level 65 Ranger or Druid Mob in NorthEast Pyramid.
Drops report (Identifies as Eye) 1 in 50 times.

Level 65 Paladin, Mage, Warrior or Cleric Mob in NorthWest Pyramid.
Drops report (Identifies as Shoulder) 1 in 30 times.

Level 66 Rogue Mob in SouthWest Pyramid.
Drops report (Identifies as Hand) 1 in 50 times.

4. The Consillium Reports will take along time and by the time you are done you will probably have horrible faction with that guild. Also the Vigilum Cohortis pyramid (The North East one) has a see invisible mob on the basement floor. It is advise to train or pull him out and kill him first. Also beware of named mobs on some of the floors as they see invis and will give you a very hard time if you come across them. You can restore you faction by killing mobs in the Grey.

5. When you finally get them all combine the four 'Consillium Report' in the Satchel and hand the Combined Satchel and your Insignia Earring of Veracity into Tilbok Furrunner in Katta Castellum to receive:
