The Interrogator's Badge
Level: 30+
This quest can only be done after the Investigator's Badge Quest. Before you go on with this one, go to the investigator in South Qeynos and say 'Give me a confession document' to receive a confession document..
1. Return to Vegalys Keldrane in North Qeynos.

2. You say 'How can I advance further?'and 'What interrogators?'
3. Turn in your investigator's Badge and he will give you the Interrogator's Briefing document.
The Interrogator's Briefing
4. Head to South Karana (Loc -4390, -3450) to find an interrogator.

5. Give him the Interrogators Briefing. The interrogator speaks VERY slowly, expect a scary feeling that the quest is going wrong at the beginning. Expect to wait 45 seconds before he starts talking and between sentences.
6. Follow the interrogator to a building where Theodore Exanthem will pop outside of (after being asked to come out by the interrogator).
7. Say to Theodore Exanthem 'Take us to the location'. The two will converse VERY slowly for a while. When the interrogator says "Well, I'm getting tired..." Target Theodore Exanthem and hit auto attack and then hit it again to stop attacking. If you slay Theodore don't worry he will respawn and just stand there. Just wait for a short time, he'll respond.
8. Theodore Exanthem says 'Sweet father of rot, alright already! Stop hitting me and tell me what you want me to do!'
Give him the unsigned confession document you got from the investigator.
9. Say, 'Take us to the location' to Theodore Exanthem and follow both of them up the hill.
10.You should see an abandoned druid ring at the base of the other side. The culprits spawn along with some ghouls and skeletal servants. They are Morley Murrain and Markus Chachexia. One is a necro the other a SK I think. They pack quite a whallop so bring help or make sure you can handle them (I lose 2 bubbles of HP at 58). Kill Morley and Markus since those are the only ones that matter.. and if you die you at least have their heads.
Markus and Marley pack a punch, but against a 58 Paladin with LoH? No chance.
11. Bring back their heads along with the signed confession from Theodore and give them to an interrogator.
Two bloody heads... at least you don't have to carry them far
12. You receive your Interrogator's Badge.
