The Quest is started in Thurgadin by Betti Frostweaver in the Thurgadin Bank and the former five quests must be completed before this one can be started. Use www.eqtraders.com if you want to learn more about increasing your tradeskills.
Betti is found in the Thurgadin Bank
1. Ask Betti Frostweaver 'What Embroidered Prayer Shawl?' to receive the Embroidered Prayer Shawl Pattern.
2. Head out to Great Divide and hunt 'A Drakkel Wolf' and Frost Giants until you have two 'Drakkel Wolf Whisker' (they are VERY hard to see when looting so double check each time you go to loot a wolf) and a 'Woven Giant Beard'. Since the Beard is LORE and droppable you might be lucky enough to find one at a merchant in the bank area of Thurgadin.
The whiskers are very hard to see make sure you check each wolf body
3. Next head to Eastern Wastes and hunt Manticores until you have two 'Manticore Mane's.
4. Finally head to Cobalt Scar (bring some help if under 60) and hunt Sirens until you loot two Siren Hair (not a lock of Siren Hair. Also try to get a Runed Sea Shell for the next Shawl). A group of Sirens spawn underneath the ramp to Skyshrine (to the left if looking at the sea) and another group of four Sirens spawn at the entrance to Sirens Grotto. Beware as Sirens are Enchanters and will charm and nuke you as well as members of your group.

5. Make a 'Spool of Sacred Coldain Thread':
Spool of Sacred Coldain Thread (Tailoring Trivial at 148).
1 Woven Frost Giant Beard
2 Manticore Manes
2 Drakkel Wolf Whiskers
2 Siren Hair
6. Combine the 'Spool of Sacred Coldain Thread', the pattern you received earlier and your Silken Prayer Shawl in a tailoring kit (you get your Silken Prayer Shawl back if you fail) to receive Embroidered Coldain Prayer Shawl (Tailoring Trivial at 209):
