Drunder, Fortress of Zek (Plane of Tactics) Access
This Quest is started in the Plane of Storms by 'Wembly the
Forlorn' who resides in the cave at the zone out
(on the right when you are heading to the tree zone out).
1. Hail Wembly the Forlorn, say 'Why tied to the mast?', 'What Diaku?' and 'What drunder?'. He tells you he needs four Quarters of a Diaku Emblem.

2. Head over to the Desert area with a solid group and kill all the mobs that wander around. Try and focus on the Rock Storms since they seem to spawn Diaku Raiders faster than most of the other mobs.

3. Once you see 'a Diaku Raider' kill him and loot him FAST (body sometimes only stays around for 20 seconds). Most of the time they will drop a 'Quarter of a Diaku Emblem'. The Shadow Knight version drops the 'Top Left', the Warrior version drops the 'Top Right', the Shaman version drops the 'Bottom Right' and the Rogue version drops the 'Bottom Left'. Also once you kill a Diaku Raider you have a high probability of another Diaku Raider spawning with a minute or so.
If you can not loot an Emblem you already have that piece
4. Have a Wizard, Magician, Enchanter or Necromancer cast Identify on the 'Quarter of a Diaku Emblem' while you have it on your cursor (like you are about to give it to someone). It should say "Lore: Top Left", "Lore: Top Right", "Lore: Bottom Left" or "Lore: Bottom Right". Your group needs all four separate pieces (they are Multi-Questable).
5. Head back to Wembly the Forlorn and consider him. All four members of the group that are handing in pieces need to be amiable or better, the rest can be indifferent (starting consider level). If you do not have amiable faction or better kill Giants in the Plane of Storms or in the Bastion of Thunder. Named Giants give the most faction and 'Askr the Lost' in BoT is on the same faction so you can use him to judge your progress without having to head to Plane of Storms to check.
6. Once you hand in all four pieces you will receive a character flag and access to Drunder, Fortress of Zek aka the Plane of Tactics. Type /key to make sure you have it on your keyring.
