Undead Snake Organs
This Quest yields a great Enduring Breath (breath underwater) and 10 STA all by camping a few undead snakes. I would recommend being at least 55 or bring a few friends. In the interest of time you might want to head to Katta Castellum after you have obtained your snake organs.
1. Head to Katta Castellum and find Drenic Garrison head to the large building on your right when you enter from Tenebrous Mountains. Take the right corridor and enter the last door on the right. He is on Magus Conlegium faction. So if you whacked a bunch of Katta guards you will need to work on your faction.

2. Say 'what materials and samples?' , 'what snake people?' and 'what anatomy?'
3. You have two options to gain the organs. If you want to solo it, but spend longer gaining the organs take option A):
A) Head to Echo Caverns (zone in from the Shadow Haven entrance near the portal to Nexus) and find Taskmaster Torkazh. He is a level 52 Undead Warrior and spawns every 28 minutes at this place on the map:
There are two parts of Echo Caverns so make sure you are in the right part
Not a tough fight especially for PaladinsHe drops nothing of merit (His skull drops everytime and is for an unsolved quest for example). He dropped 'Shissar Organs' on the 7th, 17th and 22nd kill when I was doing this quest.
B) Head to The Grey and kill 'A Shissar Stalker' until you get three organs. They look like dead snakes on the ground until you get a little too close. They are also undead.
4. Head to Katta Castellum and back to Drenic Garrison to hand in your three Shissar Organs.
5. Receive your Amulet of the Grey Wastes:
The Enduring Breath effect is permenant so you never have to worry about drowning again.
