Level: 50+ and a few parts need a nice 50+ group. The result is a VERY nice shield/back slot. Third highest AC for a back slot in the game and you get to whack vampyres!
1. Find Phenic Dionicas in Katta Castellum (Head to the main building with the hedge row around it. Go up the stairs to the right. Loc 300, -15). Hail him and say 'What vampyres' , 'What did you discover?' , 'What is Validus Custodus' , 'Who is Heratius Grolden' , and 'I will track down the defilers'
2. Receive a request form:
2. Head to Shadow Haven and to the Record Keeper Ajar (50, 150) and hand the form to him.

4. Head back to Phenic Dionicas in Katta Castellum (tired from all the running yet?) and hand the list of names to him to receive Badge of Service:

5. Head to the house of Nathyn Illuminious (the building on the left when you zone in) and give him your Badge of Service.

6. Say to Nathyn Illuminious 'Who is Valdanov Zevfeer?' , 'What is quite some time?' and 'What captured vampyres?'. He will despawn and give you Report of Nathyns Questioning. Take this back to Phenic Dionicas, receive Orders for Legionnaire Falion and then head out to Tenebrous Mountains.
7. About ten minutes after you receive the orders from Phenic Dionicas. Legionnaire Doctalious will despawn and Legionnaire Falion will spawn in his place at the Katta Castellum entrance. Give him Orders for Legionnaire Falion.

8. He will tell you about Kerzar. Head east corner of the zone to the Coterie Castle (Huge building in comparison to the forts). Kerzar will spawn about thirty minutes after you talk to Legionnaire Falion and will walk back and forth between the Castle and the Coterie Fort south of the Castle (0, -1000 is a good place to sit because he walks by there).
Kerzar Clawtore is easy. The Coterie Generals are not.
9. When you find the vile creature give him the badge of service and he will attack you. When he is about to die he will submit and start answering questions. Say 'Who is Valdanov' and 'What abilities?'.
10. He will dissappear, an Old Bone Key will appear on your cursor and Four Coterie Generals will spawn.
11. Kill the Generals or run like the wind South to Grimling Zone. Either way head back to Katta Castellum and to Nathyn Illuminious' house and head downstairs through a hidden wall to find a chest. Make sure your group is ready at this point for another fight. Open the chest by giving it the key.

12. 'An imprisoned shade' will spawn and attack the person that opened the chest, however so will the sentinels that are nearby. A trick that can be used is to kill the sentinels in the room, hand the key to the chest and kill the shade before the guards respawn.
13. Loot 'a worn research book' and a 'Autarkic Shade Lord Belt'.
