14. Take the research book to Phenic Dionicas. Receive 'Instructions for Lathin Firetree'. He will tell you to find Lathin Firetree.
15. Head to the Magus Congilium Building (turn right around the hedge), click on the icon on the back wall twice (to go up two floors) and find Lathin Firetree (-950,-250).

16. Give the instructions and the Autarkic Shade Lord Belt to Lathin Firetree to receive a 'Shade Figurine Sketch' and a 'Conlegium Enchanted Glaze'.
To my knowledge you can not fail on the firing of the Figurine either
17. Combine the sketch, a water and a large block of clay (you will have to somewhere other than Katta Castellum for these) on a pottery wheel (255 trivial however you always get the sketch back on a fail). Combine the Unfired Shade Summoning Figurine, a High Quality Firing Sheet and glaze in a Kiln.
18. Hand the Shade Summoning Figurine to Lathin Firetree to receive 'A Record of Events' and three casters will spawn downstairs.
Ajeea Polaja spawns downstairs
19. Hand 'Theurgus Ajeea Polaja' the figurine and they will summon Autarkic Lord Sfarosh. Do NOT attack yet. After some questioning by the summoners three shades will spawn. Kill Autarkic Lord Sfarosh and the three shades.

20. Loot three 'autarkic shade robe' from the shades and a 'autarkic shade lord robe' from the Shade Lord.
21. Click up two floors to find Incantator Jak Masric (loc -650, -225, 140) and give all four to him. Receive a Magus Conlegium Token.
Incantator Jak Masric is on the same floor as Lathin Firetree
All that work for a token!
22. Give the 'An Enchanted Record of Events' to Phenic Dionicas and he will tell you what you need to complete the quest.
23. Find Heratius Grolden on the top floor balcony of the Vampyre Castle in Tenebrous Mountains (Level 58). Kill him and Valdanov Zevfeer spawns (Level 63). To get Heratius Grolden to spawn you need to kill EVERYTHING in the castle to increase the chance that he will spawn.
Valdanov Zevfeer took over 20 minutes to kill with 20 people beating on him!
24. Valdanov Zevfeer is IMMUNE to melee damage unless it has Bane:Vampyre (read Ashbringer Quest, buy Stakes in Katta Castellum). He has a 1000HP Lifetap and has an insane number of hit points. We had me (61 Paladin), 60 Breann (60 Magician), Jhades (60 Shaman), Kenoldar (59 Bard), Itak (51 Druid), Palamus (58 Paladin), Tchakalla (52 Warrior), Wakenbake (40 Wizard), Mistify (54 Enchanter) and 3 other randoms and it took us over 20 minutes to kill him!
25. Loot 'Vampire Volatilis Ashes' from the body and return to Phenic Dionicas.
26. Hand him the Vampire Volatilis Ashes, your Badge of Service and your Magus Conlegium Token to receive the Loyalist Shield of Honor:
