Void Shard Armor Sets
The following is a Paladin-centric list of the Void Shard Armor. All the quests can be found here and require a group.
Shard pieces cost the following at a merchant in start area of TSO and one less Shard from a player blacksmith with the right book:

*** My personal choice is the Zealot's Steel for it's insane increases in Mitigation and Defense
However if you find yourself off tanking more than main tanking the Ground Granite is a great choice ***

ZEALOT'S STEEL
 Following are the stats (2) means you need two pieces for that effect and so on.
Zealot's Steel is a very common choice for Paladins as most pieces increase Heal Crits and Mitigation.









GROUND GRANITE
Ground Granite is the other great choice for Paladins, but since it is a secondary choice it is linked here.
The (3) 10% shield effectiveness is very nice and most of the pieces give a bonus to defense as well as DPS.

DEFENDER'S JEWELERY
Is five shards a piece and well worth investing in!
