This Heritage quest yields an earring
that allows under water breathing!
1. Find Kerath McMarrin at the Thundering
Steppes docks. After hailing him he will ask you to find Hrath's
Journal.
2. Head to Antonica and to the Tower
of Vhalen (-1300, 50). And run onto the grate.
3. Return to Kerath and he will send you to the Nektulos Forest
to swim in the Torrent River.
The Search for the Earring!
1. Swim upstream towards Timber Falls.
The trigger is just before the river rapids (450, -1275).
2. Next head to dragon skeleton
in the NE sea of Commonlands (-875, -975.
Take the griffon).
3. Head back to Thundering Steppes
and head out to the Western sea. Swim between the two large rocks
and to the north shipwrecks (dive at 1650, 125). When you get there
an enraged octopus (level 30) will attack.
Kill or flee!
4. The next step is to kill Maltus Everling
in the Nektropos Castle (Access
Quest and Getting to Everling).
5. Now head to the Ruins of Varsoon
to kill Hrath V'Tol in the Sorcerer's Workshop
(290, 0, 75).
6. Return to Kerath and he will send
you to find Captain Krieger(-125, 10, -1050)
up the coastline in north part of Thundering Steppes.
He spawns when you get near and will attack you.
7. Return to Kerrath for your reward.
