This Heritage quest yields an awesome item that converses
hitpoints into power. It envolves a lot of higher level targets so it
is recommended for 34+ if doing it solo. You must be 28+ to start it.
The Beginning
1. Find and kill a Ratonga named Stiletto
in the Thundering Steppes. Stiletto spawns
just south of the bridge that gaps the Giant and Gnoll areas (475,
1075) and wanders West.
2. You must now enter Cove of Decay (One
member needs Access quest completed).
Octagorgon can be pulled almost
to the beach before retreating back to his spawn
3. Out to sea is Octagorgon. Kill him and
inspect the chests on the sea bottom to get a decayed hand.
4. Head back to the beach and inspect the campfire. Choose to add
the hand to the campfire (Do NOT drag it into the fire!). Captain
Ulssissaris spawns (level 31 ^^^ Group x 2). Killing will take
a LONG time so bring help.
The Captain can take close to an hour if you do not have help!
Ruins of Varsoon
1. Head to the Ruins of Varsoon and head
to Workship of the Enchanter. On the
right table examine the large book (275, 125)
Many books in the room, but this is the one!
2. Head to the tailor room (the room before the Tome of Life) and
kill the Weavemaster Esh'Rax. He is a uncommon
spawn (Skeletons are his placeholders)
3. He will drop a recipe for the Shroud of Manastone
and the Enchanted Linen of the Weavemaster.

4. After this you must kill Varsoon in the Chamber of Immortality
in the Ruins of Varsoon. After the two waves of aliens, the female
demon Varsoon will be attackable. Inspect the chest in the sub room.
