This is a Heritage quest that starts in East Freeport! You must be at least level 35 to obtain this quest and it requires alot of sneaking around (If a guard sees you and you don't get away in time you are booted out to Commonlands).

The Quest
1. You will find Rumdum (-250, 25) in the pub at the East Freeport docks. Keep buying him drinks to urge him to continue with his tale. There is one guard in the pub that will boot you while you are talking to Rumdom. Standing on the bar or using the Guise of the Deceiver seems to hold the guard off long enough to get to the quest.

2. He tells you to collect the four pieces of the Stein of Moggok. The Bouncers in the Feerrott drop them and they are all semi-rare spawns (1 to 2 hour contested spawns). They are all ghost Ogres (level 40^^^) that wander around there spawn point:

1. Left Half - Bouncer Flerb (-25, 400)
2. Right Half - Bouncer Fug (-450, 150)
3. Handle - Bouncer Hurd (-25, 775)
4. Lid - Bouncer Prud (-340, 500). Spawns at Gorgoth Bridge runs very fast along the path. If you miss him he respawns one hour later at the Bridge.

3. After turning them in Rumdum tell you he wants the Blood Ruby from Clurg the Bartender.

Clurg the Bartender doesn't seem to have aged well

4. Clurg the Bartender (-25, 700) will spawn as you swim close to the bottom of the lake. He is a level 40 ^^^ Group x 2 so bring friends.
5. Return to Rumdum and he will give you the recipe to create the stein.

6. Head to the tradeskill zone and combine the ingredients at a workbench (the combine is no fail).
