Rivervale
1. Head to the Draftling tower (-500, 50) in Rivervale (Requires access quest from Bidden at the Fool's Gold).

2. Enter the zone and only make right turns until you get close to the beehive Library room (120, X, 50).

3. Enter the room and climb up the wall to get to the bookshelves where the book is kept.

4. The book is in the right bookshelf.
