- A Cyclops Brain
- A Cyclops Heart

- A Cyclops Ear
- A Cyclops Toe
- A Cyclops Tongue
- A Cyclops Tooth
- A Cyclops Spine

4. As with all Legend and Lore quest you get a book and trophy.
