1. Head to Nektropos Castle in the North East Nektulos Forest (Access Quest). 2. Head to the secret tunnel that connects all the bedrooms. 3. In the last sister room (where the level 40^^^ perma-rooted mob spawns) and go through the door in her wall. 4. Inside the tunnel you will see a pair of double doors which lead into the library. You must obtain the library key or be grouped with someone who has the key in order to get inside. 5. Once inside there is a bookcase which opens up like a door. 6. On the desk to your right is the Fairy Mastery book.
