Electrum Bladed Wakazashi Quest

1) Head to Mistmoore and kill Maid Issis and Butler Syncall

2) Loot both fangs. (rare drops)

3) Give the fangs to The Avenging Caitliff in Mistmoore to receive the Electrum Bladed Wakazashi.
